Oh, the irony.
I'm not saying they don't need some financial assistance (though whether government assistance is the best kind is a question which should always be asked) but that drought payments are going to people who are currently dealing with floods should tell us a few things. Not least is that things change and that shit happens, but also that Nature isn't called a mother for no reason at all.
