Okay, that's quite funny in a stupid kind of way, but at the end of the article it says this:
A website for the US judicial system states that jurors are "not expected to speak perfect English".
Well that bodes well for getting a fair trial, doesn't it?

It's OK. From what I've seen, lawyers don't speak it, either...

Lawyers can speak it. They just refuse to use anything other than legalese around paying clients in case they clock what a fucking license to print money the whole thing is. Very important that it has to sound not just much more complex than it needs to be but more complex than it probably is.
