Look, it's not a crime to avoid paying tax that you don't legally have to pay you witless cunts, and nor is it a crime to get some clever types in to move money around the world or do a little creative accounting. This is not tax evasion, i.e. not paying tax that you definitely do owe HMRC. This is simply minimizing your tax liability, which, as Guido pointed out a few weeks ago, is something the Gruaniad itself is quite familiar with. So just as well it's not a crime then, isn't it?
