Beiberporn and smashed dogs

With Bieberporn and smashed dogs appearing all over Faecesbook this week, no doubt giving the Zuckerfuckers another excuse in the not too distant future to demand your name, height, weight, gender, shoe size, proof of parentage and a DNA sample to satisfy them as to your real identity, this rant from Foamy the Squirrel seems appropriate.

Enjoy, and then get off Faecesbook if you haven't already. You'll feel soooo much better.

Face Book already has things in place to report abusers of the site. Some people play more than one page in order to enjoy the many apps and games. But at the end of the day it is always possible to find who the person is. This is nuts.

Oh yes, and I understand they've already identified those responsible, though possibly that should worry users a little rather than reassure them. Doesn't matter much to me. I'm with Foamy and stopped using it because I didn't think much of it, and also FB's long standing piss poor attitude to privacy. On the other hand I confess that I only signed up in the first place to call the 1010 exploding children filmmakers a pack of dickheads.

This "real identity" thing coming from DARPAbook is quite a concern. Actually, DARPAbook has always been a concern but now doubly so.
I joined Farcebook when I was invited to look at some photos. Instant invitations to "friend" other people. Lots and lots more "friend" requests. Got boring after a while. Still haven't seen the photos. Don't know how to, don't care now. Tried quitting and deleting the account - failed.
Farcebook emails now go into the junk pile.

Yes, it's not easy to find the "I want out of this" option in there but it is there. However, even when you find it they only treat it as a hint and to begin with will just keep your account on ice in case you change your mind. Apparently it's not gone gone unless you avoid all FB pages for a fortnight, including FB log ins on other sites.
