Mr Brown was asked whether he was ready to withdraw the whip from any Labour MP who rejects the suggestions of Sir Thomas Legg, who is auditing MPs' expenses claims between 2004 and 2008.So if Sir Thomas Legg says to give it back, which he didn't in Jacqboot's case, and if they then tell him to get lost then Gordon will consider - consider - kicking them out of the party. My god, he's a hard bastard, isn't he? The Labour party must be trembling in its collective boots at the thought of incurring the wrath of their fearsome leader.
